curl2D implementation uses function handle arguments and does not generate a matrix #257
Description
The curld2D function requires function handles and instead of generating a curl2D matrix it computes the curl2D of the function handles. This is inconsistent with the implementation of the divergence, gradient, interpolations and Laplacians.
