Create `examples/` directory with common use cases

To improve user onboarding and provide concrete, copy-paste-ready manifests, we should create a new top-level examples/ directory.

This directory will house several standalone examples, each demonstrating a key feature or common use case of the lifecycle-controller.

This will lower the barrier to entry for new users and serve as a practical supplement to the API reference in the README.md.
