Countdown format is ignored (partially)

There is a great feature using DesktopClock as Countdown.
If Countdown format is set (say t), there are fractal parts of second shown:

Countdown formatting currently uses .NET TimeSpan formatting (instead of DateTime), so t behaves like the constant format and can include fractional seconds.

The app only updates the countdown once per second, so showing fractional seconds is not useful. I might adjust countdown formatting so sub-second precision is not shown unless there is an explicit format that asks for it.

For now, a custom countdown format like {hh}:{mm}:{ss} should avoid fractional seconds.
