Support week number in clock format

Let me explain, as I don't think we're understanding each other. A year has 52 weeks, so a clock would display the current week number.

The clock currently relies on standard C# date/time formatting strings, and week numbers are not included in those built-in format specifiers, but I'll leave this open in case I reconsider adding custom tokens later.
