[Feature Request]: add "Refresh" to the context menu

TL;DR: Please add a Refresh item to the context menu.

Hi, and thanks for a great tool.
I’ve noticed one persistent issue: sometimes the app stops showing the correct virtual desktop number, which is the main reason I use it. To fix it, I usually have to relaunch the app. For example, after restarting Explorer, the displayed desktop index is always “1.” It would be very helpful if the app could automatically restore itself, but since there are other cases where it gets out of sync, I’d like to request a simple Refresh/Reload command in the context menu to manually update the displayed desktop number.

I have the same problem on Win 11 (actually a bug I think, but an automatic or manual refresh may well be a mitigation option).
Associated (perhaps) with that is the disabling and incorrect information in the notification area controls (the desktop indicator and the < > controls).
