Overview of Issue

Search

• Need to update search screen (by elective, by attendance rate, by GPA)
• Change wording to “Subject”
• Pulls “Subject” and “Level”
• Adjust fields for new reality (grades added to overall)
• Remove “QPI” from search and substitute absences?
• Remove Code field from the search results screen
• Time frame search needs to work - has to call current and prior time periods for search

Results

• Search Results does not currently show accurate “Time Frame” when search for both active and inactive students....supposed to display last active Quarter / Year
• Remove “Deactivate” since that happens elsewhere

Search items that have never worked as expected:

• Suspensions
• LEP Status
• Attendance
• Eligibility
• Special Ed Status (obsolete, now)
• QPI
• Time Frame

Most of the searches which involve one or more of these variable produce an "all students" sort of result.
