What does this do if we reach the daily limit for DMs?

Like if we were to send more than the max DMs per day, but not more than the rate-limit window.
Does twitter send the rate limit header, or throw a too-many-requests error?

If its different, we should add support for that.

twitter appears to send a 403 error with code 185, for tweets reaching the daily limit. Its unclear if this is the same code for dms, or if there is a code even sent for dms.
