Request: Brazilian Portuguese support

I'd like my language - Brazilian Portuguese - to be supported. I don't know how to code properly speaking, but I'm ready to help testing and giving suggestions to improve how phonemes sound, and pronounciation rules.

thanks for the request, while supporting the language in full TTS will take some time as i'll need to gather research on the language rules, one thing I can do is work towards ensuring phoneme coverage quickly
