[Bug] Magic link for "Latest Location only" not loading tiles properly

Describe the bug
After upgrading to Reitti v4 (specifically v4.0.4), when creating and following a "Latest Location only" Magic link, the map layer tiles initially load, but then quickly disappear, and the background becomes grey, as it seems only the terrain layer loads as expected.

Zooming and dragging around the map sometimes loads some map tiles, but the tiles that the user is actually looking at tend to not appear or quickly disappear.

This only seems to happen on "Latest Location only", and not the other Magic link options.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Log in and go to "Share Access" -> "Magic Links"
2. Generate a valid "Last Location only" Magic Link
3. Go to that link in a fresh browser session
4. Observe that the map tiles behave as described

Expected behavior
I would expect the map tiles within the user's viewport to load and remain loaded.

Additional context
Tested on both desktop and mobile. Tested under multiple permutations (all behaving similarly) including: a user with no location data associated with them, a user with location data last updated before today, and a user with location data updated today.

thank you for the report. Especially for the console log. I will fix it asap and issue a new version.

After investigating the reason for this several issues where detected:

• first it breaks because visits cant be loaded -> fixed
• then it breaks the rendering because if no data is loaded, the map renderer never gets to the point to initialize the correct layers and the terrain dem is the only visible. -> fixed
• the new stream endpoint had no check if it is even allowed to call with the Magic-Link-Access-Level -> fixed
• the ui got initialized in a wrong state and the time control was still visible -> fixed
• there is no way to switch the single map layers when in fullscreen mode.
