Davidson subspace diagonalization method crashes at basically any CUDA GPU

Describe the bug

When using ks_solver=dav_subspace on any CUDA environment I have access to, ABACUS simply can't finish an iter.

CUDA 13.0 on RTX 3090, ABACUS 3.9.0.21

CUDA compatability layer in Hygon DTK 25.04.1 on Hygon's BW500 DCU, ABACUS 3.9.0.18

Expected behavior

Work normally.
