No Colour Scheme in PyCharm 2025.2

When installing in PyCharm, the theme installs but there is no colour scheme and defaults to Dark. Multiple attempts to install / restart IDE etc but persistent IDE error - colour scheme not found.

No .icls file is present in the resources directory, so no colour scheme is installed.

Same issue on CLion 2025.2.4. Theme installs no problem, but no color scheme appears.
