Add Condition to Query

Hey - lemme start with that you developed an awesome plugin!

However I'd like to know whether it's somehow possible to add conditions - either by params to your url e.g. yourhost/api?id=X
or directly in the json condition thing like:

{ "fillable": "discord_tag,is_captain > 0" }
