Inventory Module

• Add withdrawal form. Refer to wireframes in trello
• Save every transaction in the inventory_transactions (create and withdraw transactions)
• Link materials and inventory (TBD)
• Clone inventory_items table to inventory_transactions table
• Add inv_trans_mat_id on inventory_transactions table
• Add Job order and Materials drop down on withdrawal form
