[FEATURE REQUEST] No Icons Found Component

Issue

Currently, when users search for icons that don't exist or aren't available, the website doesn't provide any visual feedback. Implementing a "No Icons Found" component will improve user interaction and set clear expectations.

Acceptance Criteria

• The new component should be displayed after the search bar.
• The component should only appear when now icons are found and disappear when icons are found.
• The component text needs to adhere to existing styling and change colors when when the dark mode toggle is selected.
