Quoted keys are read as empty strings

The HSD specification does not really specify which characters are valid for properties or methods. To figure out if spaces are allowed in keys I used the TOML syntax of escaping keys, so quoting them. I did expect an error, of course, but got an empty string.

The input

"Quoted" = 0

yields the following dict

{'': 0}

which is in turn serialized as invalid HSD
