Prefix "http://dbpedia.org/resource/" in ExtractContextualToken is wrong for other languages like German #3
Description
ExtractContextualToken uses the prefix "http://dbpedia.org/resource/" which is only used for English dbpedia.
In uriCounts, I have uris like http://de.dbpedia.org/resource/Awaren
Changing the prefix to "http://de.dbpedia.org/resource/" has fixed my issue with no tokenCounts.
