[SUGGESTION] Compatibility list/Progress tracker for each OS

With the constant development of the emulator, I am now consistently out of the loop right now on which versions of Mac OS are currently booting and working functionally right now. And because I (mostly) wiped out my archive of Mac OS installers from the PPC era (due to unbound spring cleaning), I don't want to bother testing one of them every time a new commit has published.

With that I am suggesting a similar system to what emulators of game platforms are using for compatibility reports, where interested testers can test if Classic Mac OS 7 to 9, Mac OS X 10.0 to 10.5 (or 10.4, I might have misremembered it), BeOS, MaciNTosh (Windows NT PPC), MorphOS (AmigaOS derivative for other PPC devices including Macs), and more; in a very neat list.

If anyone (or I forgot somehow) already suggested this, then feel free to mention that issue instead.

There already is a compatibility sheet. It's just that at this time, it's only on a Discord channel.

Actually, allow me to upload it here. It's partially based on results from another branch (in the case of Windows NT 4), but it's mostly the same as the main branch.
