Improve list editor capabilities

We should be able to manually sort list items (top/up/down/bottom buttons), edit existing list items in place, and insert new list items above existing ones.

Geez, and I was working on that myself today to cut my teeth on programming in E. I should have checked here before writing anything. (Not that my code was working, something was terribly wrong in my handlers for the buttons.)
