Input proxy: Check for further commonly used commands

Only AP and AT disconnect commands have been supported so far. Further commonly used commands should be looked into.

TO/GA is essential to some aircraft for correct setup of FD/AP modes. Personally, I don't like putting TO/GA on easy to reach buttons as it's too easy to accidentally invoke it. It may be useful to have some kind of protection feature (such as requiring a "double click" on TO/GA before invoking the command).

CWS or similar functionality is present on some aircraft (might roughly mean the same as FD Sync on CL650).

Hot Start CL650 has interactive checklists which would be handy to be controlled from buttons. TBM might have had the same feature. Check other aircraft for similar features (e.g. FlightFactor might have implemented something like that as well).

TO/GA is now also supported. To make it safer to use a global protection against accidental invocation (also usable for other commands) was added. In default configuration TO/GA requires triple button press for confirmation with each event being within 750ms after the previous one.

Addon control panel is now supported as well. Only Rotate MD11 is mapped so far, needs to be checked for other addons (e.g. ToLiss has a similar panel that is frequently needed).
