Items like the ones dealing with encoding, or remove line breaks, or the cleanup items work well in that menu.
However, items that apply some sort value - e.g. pre/suffix, identing, sorting etc. - are a bit problematic. You need to know what their setting is before applying them. If their settings are missing, e.g. no pre/suffix set, you invoke the menu item, but nothing happens...
Not sure those items make too much sense in menus. I suppose you wanted to have shortcuts, so you could set it all up and then quickly apply stuff to one file after another.
Still, it might be confusing...
As it's a bit of a "power-user" feature, maybe it'd suffice to add tooltips with the shortcut to the buttons?
