Dagger 2.11+ generators should also support dispatching injectors

Application class needs to implement a few interfaces for injection dispatchers.

• HasActivityInjector added by default.
• HasFragmentInjector- currently not present.
• HasSupportFragmentInjector - currently not present

We could add this be a checkbox at the creator stage.
