Open-Source the Microsoft Store Microsoft.Extensions.DependencyInjection Source Generator for registration stubs

In #82679 (comment) you mention to have written a Source Generator to generate stubs for registration @Sergio0694 - could you Open-Source this? Or make it available as NUGET?

As to why, I think using Factories is better than using Activator based instantion and would love to see how you did the implementation. Also the useful diagnostics in case there's some registration errors at compile time comment/note is a great addition.

It's already both open source (in the Windows Community Toolkit Labs) and on NuGet (in the Labs feed) 🙂
