Subject: [PATCH] Prepare plugin for Anthropic marketplace submission

- Bump plugin version to 1.0.0
- Add Claude Code install section to README
- Expand keywords for better discoverability
- Improve descriptions with specific features
- Sync marketplace.json and plugin.json metadata
