DemoStack install via starter.sh fails with server demostack-funnel's build

Fails at the docker compose up --build from the script builds everything except funnel

Funnel seems to have gone/moved!

The 'here' in that image—the install instructions—returns a 404. It looks like the repo moved/got deleted.

@nimpo please add any feedback to federated-research/technical-planning#355 so we can include it in that docs update - this funnel change seems to have happened since we all tried it (also maybe a useful resource if you run into other issues)

We have a fix which uses docker rather than the install script (see Oliver's commit 6edf584) - that is sufficient for our local work. Mike reported this as a bug to the funnel developers - they've seen this report and it looks like they will address it (in future, though, not right now). We will close this issue as 'not planned' though, as we won't be going forward locally with a fix for this.
