Collecting RO-Crate profiles and improving documentation

For the upcoming REWIRE kick-off (17 Sep) and eScience conference (28 Sep) we want to update available information about RO-Crate profiles.

• adding RO-Crate profiles to the portal
• updating profile info on the RO-Crate website
• creating profile crates for profiles that don't have them
• improvements/bug fixes to profile portal
• feeding back to profile developments where metadata is missing
