The State system explorer does not show experiment analysis

Bug Description:

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open an experiment
2. Run an analysis which is configured to apply to the experiment ("applies_experiment" should be set to true)
3. Open the State system explorer
4. The state system for the experiment analysis is not visible

This occurs because there is no data provider added for the experiment.
