# setuptools' default sdist walk picks up `test/*.py`, but not the support files
# those modules import (`test/__init__.py`, `helpers.py`, `validation_fixtures.py`,
# `validation_mutations.py`), nor the fixtures and container scripts they read
# from `src/`, `rules/`, `examples/` and `test/test_vcf_files/`. The result was a
# published archive whose test suite could not run at all. Shipping no tests is
# honest; shipping a suite that fails on arrival is not.
