Document how to include CSS and JavaScript files

I've used quite a few template languages and something I always want to do is include my CSS and JS files - usually main.css or main.js. There is some content on the docs site about how to include CSS and JavaScript with stacks, but no instructions on how to use an existing file in a css or js directory.

It'd be nice to have this documented since it's a common pattern.

Including JS and CSS files is all about your HTTP server or the bundler your use and less to do with Edge.

If your JS and CSS doesn't need to be compiled, then just drop their URL into the head of the HTML document (like you would do with a regular HTML page). If it needs to be pre-compiled, then use Vite and drop the compile URLs.
