Fold the deduped gap inventory (resolved in the Master gap inventory ticket, #23) into the eca-cli roadmap: decide the reconciled phase structure and ordering for phases 6–11+.
Decisions to make:
Correct the drift the baseline (Baseline: eca-cli currently-implemented protocol + UX surface #22) found, first: record that MCP integration (phase 7) and @-refs + jobs (phase 11) are already merged to main; fix the stale /sessions→/chats command name in the status table.
Order the phases: what ships next, what's deferred, what's cut. Factor rough size + dependency (e.g. markdown-ANSI render underpins several UX rows).
Scope calls: confirm whether the editor-oriented rows (rewrite / inline completion / diagnostics) and GUI-bound image rendering are out-of-scope for a TUI.
Output: a reconciled phase list (phase → features), ordered, with drift-corrections named. This is the spec the issue-reconciliation ticket then maps #5–15 onto. Plan-only — does NOT edit roadmap.md.
Skills
Resolve HITL via /grill-with-docs (grounds the grilling in ../eca protocol docs + sibling-client source) plus /domain-modeling. Zoom into #23's resolution comment for the gap table.
