Automated builds not updating

This Docker image is currently stuck on WeeChat 4.2.2 while the latest version is 4.9.0. The base image is also quite outdated. I'm not sure if this is being supported anymore but, it would be nice to get an update as the official WeeChat Alpine image apparently has some issues with permissions.

Ah yes, I haven't been using Weechat myself for a while so I have neglected this. Sorry about that, I'll sort it out within the next few days.
