Pricing/savings calculator assumes Claude model pricing

Problem

The web UI savings calculator hardcodes Claude/Sonnet pricing. Users on other models see incorrect cost numbers.

Expected behavior

Either auto-detect the model in use or let users select their model so savings estimates are accurate.

Implementation Preview

Dashboard savings page now shows estimated cost saved with pricing model and rates:

New stat card: "Est. Cost Saved" with dollar amount based on configured pricing model.

Pricing note below cards shows which model and rates are being used, with a hint to configure via cce.toml.
