Applies-switch items “titles" appear in the preview header when scrolling through the page

Describe the bug

In preview mode, when scrolling through the content of a page, the applies-switch item “titles" are visible in the preview header that displays the branch name and the commit used to build the preview.

Observed locally with docs-builder 0.116.0 and also in the current preview builds in the docs-content repo.

Expected behavior

The page content doesn’t show up in the preview header.

Steps to reproduce

1. Use the preview of the main branch to open a page that uses an applies-switch, e.g., https://docs-v3-preview.elastic.dev/elastic/docs-content/tree/main/deploy-manage/security/network-security-api
2. Scroll down. Observe that the “titles" of the applies-switch items are visible in the header when scrolling down.
