widevine: enable Linux aarch64 download from repo: causing kodi crash on Rockchip hardware

Wanted to raise awareness. I'm currently testing on a RK356x board and using the latest release results in a kodi crash.

When I revert back to v0.8.5 then there is no crash and playback succeeds.

with a8c76e6 commit you should compile ISAdaptive addon by using this PR xbmc/inputstream.adaptive#2106 that atm its not merged
doing this it could solve your crash

I will try to speed up the release process for ISH and ISA addons

I will try and test next week - but if there's a dependency on another addon's commit I would strongly advice reverting the commit on this addon to ensure the release dependencies are synced up.
