Pulling checkpoints from forks

Problem or use case

When accepting outside contributions from forks you want the sessions to be also pulled into the repository on merge. There should be a way to pull in and merge the associated session metadata into your own entire/checkpoints/v1.

Desired behavior

$ entire pull abcdef https://github.com/kfischer-okarin/entire-cli

Pulled fork checkpoint XYZ.

$ entire pull abcdef..fga1234 https://github.com/kfischer-okarin/entire-cli

Pulled fork checkpoints:
- ABC
- DEF
- XYZ

The next friendly step after that would then be providing a github actions workflow templates or a Github App for

• doing that merge automatically after a pull request merged
• Showing a kind of web view/preview of the associated sessions as a special comment during the Pull Request

Hey @kfischer-okarin, thanks for that. Yes, dealing with forks is something we're still planning out. I think this also relates to issue #278.
