Publish library

Java libraries should be published to maven central. This way they can be included easily in the build system. Esendex currently only offers a jar from https://developers.esendex.com/SDKs/Java-SDK.

As esendex does not seem to provide too much activity here: A workaround to include the library in your Gradle or Maven build is to use jitpack.io: https://jitpack.io/#esendex/esendex-java-sdk/239006c634
