Registration on website not responding - where is latest version?

Attempting to create an account on the website no email is received (a hotmail account - yes I have checked junk). On the website it says the latest version is 3.7, but the latest release on here is 3.3 which doesn't work on J3.10 (the export button returns a blank page and the send button reports can't connect to server - have tried more than one local and remote)

So where can I get hold of the latest version or do I need to clone this repo and build my own installer files?

Are there any instructions more than the brief page about exporting on the website - or should it be obvious once one has got a working version?

Please help as I'd really like to try it

I can't register either. And accordingly, I cannot download J2XML 3.9. :-(
