In the help screen under "Chapter selection" begin with "On the chapter selection screen" rather than "On the main screen" since there is only one chapter selection screen and "main screen" makes me think of the text display. I notice that as well as swiping up and down, swiping left and right also chooses the first or last chapter of a book. [Another app] uses a long-click to go straight to the first chapter (or verse in the chapter selection menu).
And:
In the help under Navigation just have "While in the text screen". I know the text screen displays a chapter at a time but the current wording implies that there is a chapter text screen as well as the BSB text screen.
