Get::Stream::Last should also receive session

Current signature:

call(stream_name, type=nil)

Should be:

call(stream_name, type=nil, session: nil)

I believe the class call already accepts session. It's only the instance call that does not, and it probably should not, unless I'm misunderstanding something.

I confirmed class call accepts session.

Works:

MessageStore::Postgres::Get::Stream::Last.call(stream_name, session: session)
=> nil

Raises an error, which indicates that session is passed to the instance:

MessageStore::Postgres::Get::Stream::Last.call(stream_name, session: Object.new)
