Clean-ups replaces and jobs

After #295, ev-abci is back in sync with ev-node @ main.

However, we should make sure to go back to a tagged version once the next version of ev-node is tagged.

Once ignite/apps#248 is merged, we should bump the app to a tag instead of main.
