Feed (should be per global, per category and per feed).

• Sort orders
• Feed list display (magazine/text/card)
• Open in Browser/CCT/Article Reader

Sync

• Are images cached
• Image size to cache (super not MVP)
• How long to keep articles for

Looks like sort orders are going to be hard because of the limitations of IndexedDB
