Normalize settings.xml locations

Some demos put settings.xml in the demo's directory (where run.py is), others in user's home directory (~/.fife/demo_name/). Which one do we want?

I prefer it to put the settings.xml file in the demo's directory. It's naturally the first place people might look.

I'm for it too. To put it directly into the demos folder. But maybe only for Windows.

because linux user always know to where the must search for this files.

Im thinking about: why not now settings files unter windows for example into MyDocuments? Users could find it much faster. But into the direct dems folder is good too :)

Im thinking about this:

For Windows in my documents
fife/demos/demos-name/settingsfile.xml
fife/editor/file
fife/engine/file

and for linux in user folder:
.fife/demos/demos-name/settingsfile.xml
.fife/editor/file
.fife/engine/file

I prefer in the same directory as the tutorials+demo+editor for all operating systems. This simplifies things and makes things consistent which I think is a big plus.
