They will be used as templates for transactions, which are happening every period.
They should have structure similar to transaction except specific fields:
- date (as this will be moving)
- period (as initially, they will be only onc per period, to cover bills and salaries)
In addition, API should check and return if specific transaction is already created if period is given.
