Workspace label should show something beside 'Undefined'

Describe the bug
Today the workspace title in the header and explored shows 'Undefined' We should update that to something (not sure what I'd ask CX or Product. Maybe WebConsoleProject 🤷

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open Web Console...says Undefined in header.

Expected behavior

• Don't show Undefined

Here's the full picture from reading VS Code's workbench.ts source.

VS Code web's workbench.html contains a DOM element:

The JSON is IWorkbenchConstructionOptions which can include folderUri or workspaceUri:

If Code Builder's server embeds folderUri: { scheme: "memfs", path: "/MyProject" } in that JSON when serving the page, the workbench opens as a single-folder workspace named MyProject — not "Untitled (Workspace)". Single-folder workspaces get the folder name as their workspace name.

Since the services extension has "activationEvents": ["*"], it activates immediately and registers the memfs FS provider before VS Code tries to read from that folder URI. updateWorkspaceFolders in fileSystemSetup.ts would then be redundant (or only needed to ensure the folder path is populated).

The alternative from the same code — workspaceUri — points to a .code-workspace file. If the server embeds:

...and the FS provider serves that file with content like { "folders": [{ "name": "Code Builder", "uri": "memfs:/MyProject" }] }, the workspace would be named "Code Builder".

Both require a change to Code Builder's hosting server (the thing that generates the workbench.html response), which is outside this extension repo.
