Commit Graph not properly rendered on vertical monitor #2671

Description

@JeReT

On my vertical Full-HD monitor (1080x1920) the "All Changes" View is not rendered as expected.
The right part (commit graph and the panel with the "Commit", "Changes" and "File Tree" tabs) is truncated. It is cut off as if the window would be bigger. This also means that I cannot see the scroll bar.

If I switch the Layout to "Vertical", the whole panel with the tabs becomes lost outside the visible area.

There is enough space to make the content smaller, so that everything fits.

Maybe the layout could be responsive, so that only the commit message as well as the icon of the contributor is displayed when the width becomes too small. All the other commit info could be put into a tooltip. OR the columns can be resized (or even hidden) by the user.

Anyway, the most important thing for me is that I can see the scroll bars.

PS: the "Local Changes" view resizes the content correctly.
