Unable to reach right pane in staging view after resizing window #2679
Description
When I move the window from my landscape to portrait monitor, I am no longer able see the right pane, and the draggable pane separator to fix this is not accessible.
Main monitor (1440p)
After pressing win+shift+left to move it to my portrait monitor (1080p):
When this happens I am forced to move the window back, resize it manually, and then move it back to the portrait monitor.
In theory this could happen to someone after switching between any wide or high res monitor to a smaller one too.
The panes should automatically resize with the window as to not be hidden.
