[Feature request] Add draggable splitters in diff views and maximize/restore for Local Changes standalone diff windows

Resizable split:
In both the standalone diff window and the embedded side-by-side diff view next to the file tree, allow users to drag the divider to resize the two columns.

On laptops, the default equal-width columns can make each side too small.
Being able to adjust the width of each column would make it easier to focus on the side of interest.

Maximize/Restore:
In the standalone diff window, add a maximize/restore button.
This would allow users to enlarge the diff window for easier review and restore it as needed.

Side-by-side sections must be equal. Most likely the ability to resize them will not appear in the future.

There are 2 types of separate window behavior: quick look (spacebar) and separate window (enter).

When you open commit in a separate window, you will be able to maximize it. Or use the Enter key to open the window.

Hi,

I'm referring to the diff view used for reviewing local changes. On Windows, the standalone window for this view does not have a maximize button.

The diff window used when viewing commit history is different and does have a different window layout, so I believe we're talking about two different diff views.

Ah, OK. Regarding the Local Changes window, we do not have a clear vision of how to evolve it yet. Likely we will not change it in the near future.
