Remove Google Drive support #270
Description
Rationale:
- feels wrong to use Google Drive as a blob backing store. Hit multiple times changes needed from Varasto side due to changing limitations at Google Drive side.
- supporting pain: Google Drive 5 million file count limit #221
- if person wants to use Google, their Cloud Storage is S3-compatible. Seems more clean to consolidate on S3-based APIs and our CAS is more cleanly backed by the likes of S3 than forcing files to sit in directories (our local FS driver is fine though!).

Misc thoughts:
- OTOH Google One offers 2 TB @ 10 €/mo. This could be attractive to many.
- If one really wants to use Google Drive, from Varasto side we could still standardize for S3 and use "proxy" that adapts S3 to Google Drive, such as $ rclone serve s3
