How to detect if progress reporting is enabled?

A package I am working on has a built-in rudimentary progress indicator, which I would like to automatically disable if the user has enabled progress reporting with progressr. How would you suggest I go about this?

Using progressr::handlers(global = NA), I can detect whether the global option is enabled, but I'm not sure how to detect whether the function is running inside a with_progress() call.

Not right now, but it might be possible to add. There's an old feature request on this at #155 - where I just added a comment on this.
