#Bug: Unable to Submit Builder Contribution (Captcha Passed but Submission Fails)

Description
I am unable to submit a builder contribution on the GenLayer portal.
Even after successfully completing the captcha, the submission fails with the message:

"Failed submit contribution"

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the Builder portal: https://portal.genlayer.foundation/#/builders
2. Click "Submit Contribution"
3. Fill in all required fields (title, description, GitHub link)
4. Complete captcha successfully
5. Click submit

Expected Behavior
The contribution should be submitted successfully.

Actual Behavior
Submission fails with error:

"Failed submit contribution"

• All fields are filled properly
• Issue persists after retry
