Bug: codeburn does not track usage when Claude Code `workflow` feature is enabled

Title is the issue. When I enable the workflow or ultracode feature in claude code, my cost is not being accurately reflected in codeburn. Tools like ccstatusline is correctly reporting the cost.

Fixed in #471, will be in the next release.

Workflow/ultracode subagent transcripts are written under subagents/workflows/ (a level deeper than regular subagents), and codeburn only scanned the top level, so those tokens were dropped. They're counted now, and codeburn report gets a Claude agent-type breakdown (workflow-subagent / Explore / general-purpose) so workflow usage shows up distinctly. Thanks for the report, @jmao44.
